Description
when i was four years old, i remember looking at the mirror, running my fingers over my stomach and thinking that i was fat. i was friend with kids who had flat stomachs that didn't care and would eat whatever they wanted. i was the one who was over eating to over compensate not feeling worthy enough and then feeling really ashamed for it and not knowing what to do and just thinking the world would be better of without me. //
